New Ground Construction

At New Ground, we believe in paying careful attention to details rather than simply slapping your home together.  We believe homes should be built to last and not just to satisfy minimum code requirements. We work to apply engineering principals to establish and maintain structural integrity.  This is one of the many reasons we believe a quality stick-built home to be superior to modular construction. We use what is sometimes referred to as advanced framing techniques or Optimum Value Engineering.  These techniques improve energy and resource efficiency and improve structural strength.
