As a Certified Green Professional, we hope to build homes that meet the highest standards of energy and resource efficiency. Working with the National Association of Home Builders we can have your home certified.
This third party verification ensures that your home is truly green, meeting minimum requirements in energy efficiency, resource efficiency, and water conservation. An Emerald rating is the highest rating, followed by Gold, Silver, and Bronze. We have achieved Gold level and come close to meeting Emerald on many of our homes. We are familiar with the certification process and can work with a qualified Green Rater to ensure that a home achieves the recognition it deserves.
