This home is one of our greenest homes. We are aiming to achieve high marks in both the LEED for homes program and the NAHB Research Center Green Building Certification. This lovely lake house was designed for green as well as luxury living. The home features recyled materials, FSC flooring and trim, locally sourced countertops and wood materials, and solar panels in addition to our usual green techniques.
