Custom Cape
This spacious jumbo cape in North Stonington, CT was the first home that we saught certification through the NAHB Green Building Program. We were proud to achieve the GOLD designation on this home. This home was built for family living as well as entertaining. The expansive kitchen and open floor plan make it the perfect place to entertain a crowd or cook a gourmet meal.
