History
New Ground, LLC was started in 2004 by Jason Nowosad. After working as both an engineer and a high school math teacher, he sought to turn his love of building and passion for energy efficiency into a career in the hopes of being part of the solution to the impending energy and environmental crisis. Since then, New Ground, LLC has been building quality custom homes and additions with many energy saving and “green” features and are thankful to the many clients they have been lucky to serve in Eastern Connecticut.
