Crew
The New Ground Family – We consider staffing to be integral to what we do at New Ground and hope you will get the chance to know the whole crew during your project. We choose to sub-contract as little as possible so you shouldn’t be surprised to see someone from the New Ground team at your project on a daily basis. We complete much of the house ourselves including the foundation, framing, siding, roofing, insulation, painting,& most finish work. By maintaining direct control over so many aspects of the job we can control quality and price while offering our customers continuity on their project. Of course we can’t do everything in-house with our small crew. The extended New Ground family includes a short list of trusted and reliable trade partners who we rely on for excavating, plumbing, electrical, geothermal and solar installations, drywall, stairs, cabinetry, masonry, and landscaping.
